It is important that you take care of yourself & connect with your body and mind. Because only when you feel good can you pass this feeling on and carry it into the world!

Hi, my name is Vanessa

My goal is to help you create a conscious connection with yourself. Your yoga practice will increase your body awareness and self-awareness as well as bring a balance into your life and reduce stress.  

I would like to accompany you with my lessons, in which I attach great importance to a healthy orientation and a demanding practice. They are indicated by  flowing movements and creative sequences accompanied by modern music.
